One of the guiding principles in all of the firm’s areas of practice is that the most effective strategy for litigation is to avoid it. However, when KLM&R clients determine that litigation is warranted or when clients have been brought into litigation by others, the firm has the experience and expertise to assert claims aggressively or to mount vigorous defenses. KLM&R’s litigation section has many years of trial practice before both state and federal courts in a broad range of subject areas and also represents clients in enforcement proceedings and investigations by the SEC, the NASD and state authorities.
