In his private practice, Mr. Loosle litigates in both state and federal courts on a variety of commercial and business disputes.
Mr. Loosle’s specialized litigation skills include:
- State and federal securities litigation
- investigation of concealed and dissipated assets
- fraud litigation
- corporate governance disputes
- disputes involving closely-held businesses
- representation of creditors asserting secured and other claims against bankruptcy estates
- bankruptcy recovery actions, including preferential and fraudulent transfers under the provisions of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code and state law
- denial of discharge litigation
Mr. Loosle represents clients at the appellate and trial level, in both state and federal court.
