Employment Law

Laws and regulations pertaining to working environments have proliferated as issues such as discrimination (sex, age, race, national origin), sexual harassment, retaliation, disabilities, civil service and safety considerations have become prominent concerns in the work place. KLMR attorneys are schooled in these areas and are well able to represent clients in the defense or prosecution of employment law matters.
