Lyndon RicksLyndon L. He has primary responsibility for general counsel work, securities matters, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (domestic and international), and a variety of other matters including executive compensation, corporate contracts, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and technology licensing.

Richard C. TaggartRichard C. Taggart concentrates his practice in the areas of federal and state taxation, estate planning, probate, and commercial transactions. In his practice, Mr. Taggart serves a broad range of clients, advising them of the business and tax consequences of: the formation of corporations, S corporations, general and limited partnerships, joint ventures and limited liability companie; mergers, acquisitions and corporate financing; various estate planning strategies and probate.

Terrell Smith became of counsel to Kruse Landa Maycock & Ricks in July 2013. His practice focuses on real property financing, commercial transactions, mortgage banking and servicing, distressed asset acquisitions, nonperforming loan workouts, securities transactions and corporate governance and operations for local and national firms.
